I took my car to Firestone after another shop told me I needed a new alternator. Well... turns out that wasn’t the problem. The techs checked it over and found it was actually a bad battery cable. They explained it in a really simple way, which I appreciated, and they got the repair done the same day. My car starts fine now, and the warning light hasn’t come back on. i liked that they didn’t just guess or try to sell me extra stuff. They fixed the real issue and saved me some money too

I booked my appointment online while I was finishing my coffee, and it was simple. The website had the available times laid out clearly, so I didn’t have to call anyone or sit on hold, which I always appreciate. I got the confirmation right away too. The whole thing only took a few minutes, and everything worked the way it was supposed to. Just a nice, easy experience overall.

I went in for an oil change and tire check, and my first reaction was, “Okay, why am I still sitting here?” I had an appointment, but it took about 45 minutes before they even pulled my car in. The people at the desk were really nice though, so that helped. Once they actually got started, everything went smoothly, and they explained what they were doing in a way that made sense. It wasn’t the quickest visit ever, but it also wasn’t a bad experience. I’d probably go back, just not on a day when I’m trying to get in and out fast.

I booked an oil change through their site and it was simple. The guy at the front desk was friendly and explained what they found without trying to pressure me into anything. It did take about 30 minutes longer than they originally said, so that’s the only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars. Overall though, the work seems good and my car is running fine...

Got my wheel alignment done at Firestone it turned out good. My car was pulling to one side before and now it drives straight—well, not like brand new or anything, but definitely smoother on the road. It did take a little longer than they originally said, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The price felt fair too, so yeah, I’d probably go back if I need another alignment...

My car wouldn’t start, so I brought it over to Firestone to get the battery checked. They tested it right in front of me and showed me it was bad, so it’s not like I was just guessing or getting talked into something. They put in a new one quickly, the price seemed fair enough, and the guy at the desk was actually nice. i don’t get what else people expect from a battery replacement. No hassle, and my car starts fine now.

Took my car to Firestone Complete Auto Care for an oil change and it went better than I expected. I booked it online, dropped the car off, and they had it finished quick. The guy at the counter was nice and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of random extra stuff, which I appreciated. price seemed fair and the car’s been running good since. I’d probably go back again
